Site Explodes after upgrading to v2

Hello –
We’re running v1 in production and have installed v2 on our staging environment.
Prod – http://www.oneilllandscapes.com
Stage – oneilllandscap.staging.wpengine.com
After performing the theme update to v2, it appears the site is messed up. What are my options here? Is this a simple fix or rebuild of the site?
