site keep causing plugins to stop working. wordpress admin says u need 2 update

I’m using WP Bakery to build my website so I want to keep both plugins active, if possible. Can you check and see what we can do? This is the error log.”
“Hello! It seems like the plugin Thim Course Builder and Course Builder theme needs to be updated to follow WordPress 5.6. Currently, I’m using Enable jQuery Migrate Helper plugin and set the jQuery version to “Legacy 1.12.4-wp” to ensure things work. Can you ensure the plugin and the theme are updated accordingly? Thanks!”
