Social Media Icons not showing

  Hi there, excellent theme but takes forever to find how to just submit a request for support!!!
  
  So, I’ve installed it and I LOVE the theme. The only thing is that my social media icons are not showing up when I choose custom ones, I’m seeing boxes with ‘x’ inside.
  
  Help please?
