Sort Instructors in Thim – List Instructors element

  Hello,
  
  i am displaying a Thim – List Instructors element via the WPBakery Builder and i want to sort the instructors based on their Last Name.
  Seeing the current result i assume they are sorted based on their username, which isn’t the preferred result.
  
  Can you please show me how to sort them accordingly?
