StarKid: plugins and Demo3 template not installing. Please, help

StarKid is throwing an error when trying to import the demo3 theme. It also throws an error when installing some plugins. Tell me how to solve this problem?
During setup (Getting Started) the following plugins are not installed: Builderpress, KidSchool Demo Data, Slider Revolution. Apparently, that’s why I can’t use demo3. Why is this happening?
