Start Quiz Failed – Database Column Errors with the Quiz and Cart

I was able to get that fixed and updated. But there is an issue with the new LearnPress 3.0 because none of the quizzes work. I just get an error that says start quiz failed.

We are getting the same error for the cart and the students are not able to add new items to their cart. THIS IS A VERY BIG ISSUE. Is this due to the update not installing correctly or is there a way that we can fix this issue.
