sticky menu not sticky all time and home page is half

  Hi there,
  3 short issues with your theme:
  
  1. The top bar seems to have different fonts, the phone number is bold, the mail address is not: see 1.jpg
  
  2. When i load my home page https://lisarossner.com/, the revslider is only half visible: see 2.jpg
  How can i change this to the whole screen?
  
  3. The main menu navigation is not visible, when i scroll the pages down, only if i scroll back upwards. is it possible to change it, that the menü is always visible at scrolling down?
