Sticky Nav and gray bar on course pages

Hi,

When going through my pages I noticed the main nav bar isn’t sticky and there is a gray bar above the breadcrumbs on all the course pages but not on any of my other pages on the site. Sitewide, I believe the main nav is set to sticky. An example page is: https://www.mtroubleshooting.com/courses/pneumatic-fluid-power/

Is there a way to make the main nav sticky on these pages and to remove the gray bar.

In addition, in both desktop and mobile there is a black wordpress login bar at the top of the browser (above the main nav. Would you be able to tell me how to hide this black bar
