Still having issues with students being able to log on or customers paying

Hello,
This is a never-ending problem. I have tested the problem myself using incognito mode after several students and buyers have complained about their inability to access the portal. It’s been rolling for at least 30 minutes now. I have complained about this several times and yet nothing has been done. Please look into this issue because it is frustrating! And no it is not my browser. It is the theme. I don’t have issues with my main domain on this matter because the theme is different.
Please investigate this problem yourself using an incognito window.
