Stop my logo and menu from moving while i scroll down

Hi everyone! I just subscribed to this community to try to solve my problem… I had my website working and everything but a day i found out that if i scroll down the page my logo will go down a bit with my main menu. I tried several ways to make it stop but without any success. This thing happens both in mobile phone and computer. Thank you for everything guys! I wish you a great day!
