Strange text appears in some parts of the web

  Hello, im writing because in the website im developing:
  https://jaleacrea.com/desarrollo/efa
  
  If i visit the website as client, with no login, the web shows a text like that in several parts of the web
  “Want create site? Find Free WordPress Themes and plugins.”
  and them, the normal text of the post (in “Ultimas noticias block”)
  “Un año más la…”
  
  I hide the p element by css trick, but i want to know why do i have this text on the homepage
  It is a virus? It is a example text? Where can i delete it?
  
  I searched in Database to delete or replace this text, but it do not find the text in the DB.
