Student cannot open quiz 2, no progress

My students cannot open quiz 2, quiz 1 is marked as failing even though she got a passing grade. The progress bar says zero but she has complete most lessons in one and two. It is also letting her go forward without taking previous material. She should not be able to go to the next module until she finished the previous one .
