Students cannot have access to their certificates

Hello,
I have an issue with my website. Students cannot have access to their certificates. They can see in the main page that they obtained certificates (see example on picture 1) but when they click on it, it cannot display the certificates and they have an error page (see picture 2) in advanced information.
However all certificates are well loaded on the website
Could you help me to solve this problem and give me some advice?
