Study material, portfolio and shop menu

HI
I have three issues as below
1. Where do I find place to insert study materials (word, ppt or pdf) in the course or lesson?
2. I cannot preview video that I put in the project of Portfolio page. I go wp admin > portfolio> new project> add video. When I preview the page, I can cannot play that video.
3. I cannot get downloadable item (ebook) in the shop menu. I set in the wp admin > product> add new> downloadable> insert digital product (ebook) in file URL. I also set as free price that learners can get it for free. However, when I got to shop menu, I cannot get download ebook. Could you help me?https://imgur.com/T7eGli0
