Style problems with Eduma "Stanford" theme

I am hoping you can help me solve the following issues with my theme installation (see the attached image):
1. I can’t change the “Toolbar menu” font color. The “Text Color” option on the “Customizing > Header” page only changes the background color of the Toolbar.
2. I would like to show the name of the category rather than the name of the author in the “District News” carousel.
3. I can’t change the font color of the carousel titles. They are only visible if I hover over them.
4. I can’t change the color of the menu text in the footer.
5. The “Social Media” text is larger than the other menu text in the footer.Thank you for your help.
