Teacher´s picture has not high quality as others pictures into the site

Hi to all, I hope you’re OK.
I would like to have high quality pictures for our Teachers, because even the picture is in a high quality before loaded, when another person wants to see Teacher’s picture in the site, it is showed with a low quality.
– What is the correct picture size or specific features needed for hihg quality pictures (just for teachers)?
