Thank you page not working

you guys already have our access info
the thank you page is not working – once the booking is completed, we are redirected to an empty cart with the message “your cart is empty” (“Votre panier est vide!” in french”), however the settings are ok in the “Thank you page” over here /wp-admin/admin.php?page=tp_hotel_booking_settings&tab=general
