The Icon short code does not display the Font Awesome icon (again)

The icon short code does not display the icon. However it displays the box around and the text. For example:

In the above code the icon fa fa-group is not displayed. However the two pieces of text (Management…, Leverage…) and the box around is displayed.

I am running wordpress 5.8.2 and squareroot 1.5
