The template does not look at all like what I bought

I have bought a template from Envato Market which it have several themes.
After reading all the instructions very carefully twice, I opened a new package on the server, via Cpanel I installed the last version of WordPress (5.8) and then I installed the theme, all the required plugins, the full demo content and the child theme, as well. However the template it have nothing to do with that I was bought (https://eduma.thimpress.com/demo-1/).
What extra actions should I do in order to have exactly the one I bought?
