Theme Installation Failed

Hello,
I downloaded the latest version of Sailing Hotel, and when I attempted to upload the new .ZIP file of the theme, I received the following:
Unpacking the package…
Installing the theme…
Destination folder already exists. /home2/villanirvana/public_html/wp-content/themes/sailing/
Theme installation failed.
Can you please assist? http://www.hotelvillanirvana.com
