Thim Core Plugin causing fatal error

  Hi,
  
  I tried to install the Thim Core Plugin but it caused a fatal error. The website has also lost its styling and functionality after updates.
  
  I tried to amend my last ticket instead of raising another one but this system is not allowing me to click onto any of the forum posts. Not sure what is causing that.
  
  In my account I am also unable to see all of my current tickets. If I could see the latest tickets I would have ammended the last one instead of raising this new ticket.
