Thim Custom Icons disappeared in Menu Editor

Dear all,
I found that the Thim Custom Icons/Sub-menu align/Layout are disappeared in Menu Editor, though I checked the boxes in Screen Options.
Is it corrupted with other plugins? (I installed “Duplicate Menu” plugin before) But I am not too sure ‘coz I havn’t worked on Menu editor for some weeks after I created the menus I needed.
