Thim Framework Activate Error

  I am receiving the following error when trying to activate the required Thim Framework plugin:
  
  Parse error: syntax error, unexpected T_FUNCTION in /home/content/91/8693291/html/shop/wp-content/plugins/thim-framework/tp-framework.php on line 138
  
  Please advise.
