Thim Gallery Carousel missing from Dashboard

I have installed Course Builder, but the Thim: Gallery Carousel is nowhere to be found on my WordPress dashboard. I have deactivated all possible conflicting plugins and reinstalled the Course Builder theme, but no change. I can also not find any link to install the Thim: Gallery Carousel plugin anywhere. After using FTP access to check my site’s folders I did find a gallery-carousel folder under wp-content/plugins/thim-course-builder, so it should work but doesn’t.
