Thim Step on homepage change text color and update Readmore text

Hi Support, On the site: raceacademyli.com, on homepage I have thim Step, in the configuration it has a link for Read more. I’d like to have a call to action link or button here that says Sign up.
Is it possible to either have Sign up for a free class, link to a page
or
Update the Read more button to a Signup button and link to a sign up page? -
