ThimPress Installer not working

  I tried to install TimPress Installer, and I got this error message:
  
  Parse error: syntax error, unexpected ‘?’ in /home/c7bm6n3zrda3/public_html/gracehonet/wp-content/plugins/thim-core/inc/class-thim-widget.php on line 150
  
  All Plug-ins are Deactived.
  
  I am on WordPress 4.7.25
