Title Overlay Opacity doesn’t work

Hi!
I wanna change the title and subtitle overlay opacity.
It seems it doesn’t work properly.
I tried with a lot of css or using the page options but nothing.This is the CSS:
.top_site_main>.overlay-top-header {
background: rgba(0,0,0,0.0) !important;
}I have to say that I’m working on this theme since different time, and it seems to be a little buggy.
I’m sorry to say that but I met a lot of problems. -
