Two phrases on the site are not being translated

Hi Thimpress support,
We request your assistance to translate the two phrases in the image, we have translated the entire site, but these two phrases are missing the translation, we have searched for them in the plugins using Loco without success.
Also, can you recommend us the best way to switch spanish/english on the site or showing the option to the user to change the language between these two languages?
