Unable to activate demo data

Hello,
I am not able to activate the demo data. It is loaded successfully but I can only see it when I a logged in as admin. Otherwise I am seeing the default theme that ships with WP 6.2, which is the version I am using.
I am having an issue with the SSL certificate that I am trying to fix. Could this be the reason why my home page is not showing? FYI all other demo pages seem to be loading.
Can you assist?
