Unable to Add new plugins to the website all of a sudden.

Hi Team,
We are unable to add any new plugins to the site all of a sudden. We had previously installed needed plugins but recently the website is behaving quite weird.
Other issue is the web page for some reason is missaligned and the register button is changed to another icon.
No majour changes have been made as of our knowledge.
Under Plugins – “Add new” option itself is not showing up. Thus we are unable to add new plugins such as recaptcha to protect the site.
Request your help to sort this issue as soon as possible.
The website miss alignment issue is happening intermitently. This had been reported earlier and Hyuen from your team had helped us, unfortunately this seems to be happening regularly.
