Unable to install the theme – “Failed” to install the LearPress

Was trying to reinstall a fresh copy on my server, first the installation troughs many errors with PHP lines, then, when trying to follow the documentation (p.s: only available AFTER the installation?!) Getting Started process is getting stuck. let it run for 20 min and was still “importing”, while my first attempt was way faster.
obviously there are some issues that not let the system to be set consistently.
p.s: I was trying to install the Business template -
