Unable to install Thim Core

  Hi, i’m unable to install Thim Core. Attachend you’ll find the Message.
  
  php.ini Setting are
  max_execution_time 3600
  memory_limit 512M
  post_max_size 64M
  upload_max_filesize 64M
  
  I did upload themeforest-17097658-speaker-and-life-coach-wordpress-theme-coaching-wp-wordpress-theme.zip successfully.
  On my Dashboard i can read “Enable Thim Core to start now!” (see install_start.pnp)
  
  When i click this message i receive an error: see error.png
  
  I’ve tried to set permission 777 on wp-content but it still do not work?
  What can i do?
