Unsure name of widget tool needed

Hey!
I feel like an idiot, but I deleted the row on my homepage for the below widget and I cannot find it anywhere to create a new one! I feel silly but have tried all the widgets and cant seem to find out how to create one like this!!
Please help as its the main widget tool I need for many pages… it is the section with 3 images that hover and link – in the demo below for sailing demo 9 it is ‘restaurant / relaxation / spa salon -
