updating quiz and adding questions not working

  Hi,
  I have tried adding questions to a quiz that a student has enrolled in but it is not showing the new questions. I have tried updating the course to see if it helps but to no effect.
  
  So the quiz show 6 questions though the quiz in the course only shows 5?
