Upload courses in other wp site

I need your help in a problem, I’m facing. I’m trying to import in my other site (LP 3) some of my lessons (LP 2) I’ve exported with leranpress import-export plugin. But the job does not work. I try to put them directly in the folder dummy-data, but nothing happens. Can anyone tell me in what folder will I put the xml files of my courses? Thank you in advance
