Upload size change in PHP.ini is not working on this theme

  Hi.
  
  My Charity WP theme’s “System Status” shows incorrect info, and does not reflect what I have set in the PHP.ini file.
  
  here’s my PHP.ini file:
  
  post_max_size=512M;
  upload_max_filesize=512M;
  memory_limit=1024M;
  max_execution_time=300;
  
  Here’s what I’m seeing in the System Status page:
