urgent-booking app not working..

my guests cant book , when they use the check availibility from the home page http://www.forsterluxuryhouseboats.com.au, it just shows loading icon, it never progresses. please help asap as I am loosing bookings and money.
The issue is reported from iphone and andriod users.
