Urgent : File not found error when trying to access the gradebook or assignments

We are currently facing a problem with some of our instructors. With their accounts, they can’t access the gradebook or mark their assignments.
For example, I was oblige to share my login details with my colleague in charge of the same course with me so that he can access the gradebook. With his account, the page will just load for more than 3 minutes and end with an file not found error.
How can we fix this urgently ?
