User managing only courses in wordpress – which roll?

Hey,
it seems that customer can order a course at the link and everything is working well. But I still receive two emails?
quedstion:
What option do I need to chose for somebody who will be creating the exams but at the same time wordpress site want be active for that user so that user can only manage courses and not mess everything else?
