Users cannot reset their password

Hi.
I’m having an issue with the Eduma theme where users are unable to reset their password.
On the login page, if a user clicks the “reset password” link they are taken to a page which asks for their email. After entering their email they are sent a reset password link. The link in the email will take them to a page where they can enter a new password. after entering the new password and clicking “Reset Password” they are given the following error message: “Your reset password key is invalid.”
I have narrowed this problem down to the theme. If I disable all plugins while leaving the theme active, the problem persists. If I however leave all plugins active and just disable the theme, the problem is fixed.
