Using the "External link buy course" box in course settings?

When setting up a course, there is a box “External link buy course” which would work great for me because I use ThriveCart to process my paypal payments. However, is there a setting in LearnPress or Coursebuilder that would give the return address or ipn handler so ThriveCart would know where to send the user to register after a successful payment? Or so they could automatically be registered?
