USing Woocommerce to issue Invoices

Hello,

We are using the themeand plugin with Woocommerce chekcout because we need to issue invoices and receipts for visitors.
We are using the WooCommerce PDF Invoices & Packing Slips plugin to do this and we want to show the check-in and check-out dates on the invoices (they show on the receipt)

We asked the developers of the plugin how to do this and they gave us this code:
<?php if(!empty($item[‘product’])) $this->product_attribute(‘Attribute name’, $item[‘product’]); ?>

or anlternatively this one:
<?php $this->custom_field(‘custom_fieldname’, ‘Custom field:’); ?>

They told us to ask the theme/booking plugin developers for these custom attributes/fields to add to show the above details.

So how can we ectract the checkin and checkout date attributes/fields from the form to send them to the invoicing plugin?
