Visual editor not viewable (Blank) when editing "sample-page".

  Hi,
  
  I just purchased an extension for my support of CharityWP.
  
  The visual editor is blank when I try to edit a “page” such as “Sample-page”. The “View page” shows the correct rendition of the file.
  
  See attached screenshots of edit and view of the sample-page.
  
  I’d like to edit the page!
