When I click LearnPress Settings, my .htaccess is automatically replaced

Hi,
I always have this alert in my administration:
The following required page(s) are currently missing: Checkout Page. Please click to the link to set it up, ensure all functions work properly.

When I click on Checkout Page or on LeanPress Settings,
the whole part of “# WordPress SEO – XML Sitemap Rewrite Fix …” is automatically deleted from .haccess
and an Internal Server Error displayed. I must reload .htaccess with the XML Sitemap Fix.
I have the basic SEO Yoast extension that is installed.
