When student complete assignment always fail even if i give good mark

So, I’m trying to create a free course and add an assignment to it. The student will enroll in the course and will need to upload a file so that I can give them a grade. I have completed all of these steps, but when I give the student a good grade and click “evaluate” in their account, they see that they have failed the course. On the course page, it also shows as “failed.”
However, when the student clicks on the assignment page, a message pops up saying “passed 9/10.” In the assignment section of LearnPress, I can see that the student has passed, but when I click on “passed,” it shows no items found.
