Why do you BLOCK out other forum posters threads

Greetings,
I thought the intent of this forum was to be able to read other posters threads and comments as well to see if we can find answers to our issues that others may be having and resolve them. When I see other threads in this forum I go to read the outcome and I am not allowed to see any replies of the threads….why would you have a forum if folks can’t read the threads and the resolutions to the original posters questions. I thought that was the actual intent of a forum?
