Widget Area and Contact form don't work

Hello,
Many thanks for making this beautiful theme. It’s really great. I will really appreciate it if you could help me with the following two things.
1. The widget area does not work at all. I can’t make changes in it. For example, I can’t remove or add any item in the footer. header or any other place.2. I have tried to change the phone number and email in the contact form/page, but it does not appear anymore. Also, when a message is sent via contact age, it does not reach our email. I also have a problem in the google map. How do I make it show our center location?
I will be grateful if you could help me fix these two issues.
