Woocommerce add-on doesn't work

When customer push “Buy” button on course page, add-on redirect to cart-page, but doesn’t send some information^ and woocommerce show notification, that cart is empty.

May be your WooCommerce setting is wrong.
Can you give me your wp-admin to check, using access information? I’ll help you set it up as well.

It doesn’t working. You are switched off all plugins. I switch it on. And again it doesn’t work. You deleted my footer from website…. You are joking?

Dear ceo4,
I’m so sorry about that. But I remember I re-activate all plugins for you and I didn’t delete your footer.
This issue is due to the 3rd party plugin and I can’t find out it because when I deactivate some the 3rd party plugins on your site, it’s working normal.
But when I re-activate plugin to find the reason for this issue, I can’t re-activate all plugins. So I have to activate each plugin. May be your server is error.
Can you check again? then I’ll continue to check again your issues.
