Woocommerce checkout page not showing user contact details filed.

  Hi !!
  May i know is Learnpress Payment plugin comes with your course builder/corptrain theme? Not seeing it in Theme plugin sets.
  
  I have installed and activated the theme but while BUY a Course , Students / Users dont see user contact details , address , phone number filed in checkout page. its showing this > https://imgur.com/CdNX0Sx.
  But it should be like this one >> https://imgur.com/5JVPY3k .
  
  Pls help .
