WooCommerce Payment Methods on Paid Membership Pro

  Hello,
  
  I installed for the purchase of courses WooCommerce Payment Methods Integration but on Paid Membership Pro I don’t see this option.
  Can this be done? It’s not ok for the purchase of courses is a certain payment method and for the purchase of a membership should be others.
